Meeting in a Box
Hosting your own session is easy! We have developed a “Meeting-in-a-Box” which provides directions on how to share information about this plan with your community and gather and record feedback to share with us.
If you are interested in running a meeting, please follow the instructions below:

Pick up a packet in-person
(Pick-up is available at the Civic Center, Evanston Public Library, or Robert Crown Community Center. Please refer to each location’s unique hours of operations for pickup times.)

Digital Submission
After you have completed the meeting, make sure to report back via the digital submission form above. Please complete a digital submission for each participant at your meeting, unless the submission is intended to represent the views of your entire group. All submissions are due by 5 pm on Friday, April 19.
